Abigail Wolf, Esq., CDP, is an elder law attorney and Certified Dementia Practitioner at The Elder & Disability Law Center. She specializes in long-term care planning for aging individuals and their families. Her practice areas include Life Care Planning and Management, Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, and Special Needs Trusts. Abigail has extensive experience helping clients navigate all aspects of the aging process, including legal matters, housing, finances, and care. She enjoys educating the community about long-term care issues, and her recent speaking engagements have included The Final Affairs Project, Sibley Memorial Hospital; Special Needs Trusts in Medicaid Planning, District of Columbia Bar; and Basics in Estate Planning and Elder Law, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.

The Elder & Disability Law Center (EDLC) serves clients in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. EDLC is a boutique elder law firm focusing on all aspects of elder law and its other practice areas include Guardianships and Conservatorships, Probate, and Trust Administration.  In addition to providing direct legal services, EDLC coordinates and supervises ancillary services often utilized by its clients, such as financial planning and management and care management.
